A lovely fragrant toner with essential oils of African Chamomile and Lemon, blended with cucumber peel extract, in a carrier of lavender witch hazel. May be used as a cleanser and / or following exfoliation. Very popular. Comes in a 2 oz cobalt glass spray bottle.
