- Serenity Bath Salts: Contains restorative, uplifting and relaxing essential oils. To help relieve anxiety and depression add 1 TBSP to bath. Soak 20 minutes. Follow with a Relaxation Massage Oil massage.
- Invigorating Bath Salts: Contains stimulating, invigorating, warming, and balancing essential oils which have the added benefit of anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. Energizing, mentally clarifying, and immuno-stimulating, 1 TBSP added to a warm bath is wonderful during cold and flu season.
- Anti-Inflammatory Bath Salts: These essential oils were chosen for their anti-spasmotic, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties and have been effective to relieve local pain. To relieve muscle aches, back pain, and acute and chronic injuries, add 1 TBSP to a warm water bath. Soak 20 minutes and follow with an application of Anti-Inflammatory / Pain Relief Massage Blend.
- All bath salts are hand blended and come in a 4 oz. silver tin.
